Use one of the methods below:

Method 1

Click 'Search' on AQ's main menu bar.
Click:
'Find All Your Threads' (to find threads that you started), OR
'Find All Your Posts'.
Method 2

Click on your username above any of your posts.
Click 'Find all posts by (username)'.
Method 3

Click on your username above any of your posts.
Click 'View Public Profile'.
Click:
'Find all threads started by (username)' (to find threads that you started), OR
'Find all posts by (username)'.
